**Q: why does it say 'free delivery' if it adds a £20 fee for delivery? I'm on amazon prime and it's still added. ridiculous**

A: I've noticed this happening a lot recently on confectionery items. I wanted Ferrero Rocher £4.50 with free delivery but then £25 delivery charge popped up at checkout !! I don't why it's happening but I've read some customers have been caught out :(
