They did help to increase my supply and prevent clogs.Cons: the heat mode feels like a thousand suns beating down on you and there is no way to adjust it other than turning it off. One of the two massagers in the set started to act up after about a month (likely because the violently strong vibrations were strong enough to shake the motor pieces loose) and the heat function stayed permanently on until it completely failed after another two days of use.
