When the quarantine first began, I wasn't able to play volleyball much but after I bought this "trainer," it was actually really fun and easy to practice at home. It takes a while to get used to, but after you get adjusted, it's a great way to just practice bumping, spiking, serving, setting, and more. It really makes it possible to practice things like serves that you wouldn't normally be able to do alone, which is really great. It's very sturdy and flexible, which can actually be a problem when the ball comes back too fast because it can accidentally hit someone. But that's just a minor issue that can be avoided after you get some experience with the "trainer." It just really helps with repeating important, key skills at home, which is perfect to improve your volleyball skills. Review: Great! Helpful and fun - This was great. The best thing about it is that you don't have to chase after the ball - you can just pull it back to you from the bungee cord.
