I have EDS/Hypermobility, and with that comes a tendency to have poor posture and a neck that sits forward rather than straight, which results in tension headaches and migraines. I use this A LOT when I have a flare and it helps tremendously. Bought in 2022 and it just now completely quit working. I use it on level 9 and keep it on 8:88 timer everytime I use it, so I think 4 years isn't that bad. comes to about $10 a year? Worth it. Buying it again.

**Q: I bought this product 34 days ago and now it stopped working. Return window is closed. What should i do?  Anyone else had same issue?**
A: Same scenario, bought for my wife for Christmas 2022, stopped working in late January, contacted the company via their customer service email site.  NO RESPONSE!! Good Job Amazon another rip off.

A: Terrible just received and doesn’t get hot it’s on the highest level 9 and it is barely warm :( return

**Q: Do the heating elements extend to side of neck or just in center? I have left side neck pain.**
A: I took mine out to actually feel it.  It does have a place on each side where there are 2 wires.  I was having some bad pain with a left kink in my neck and this helped a lot in relaxing it out.  I think it would also help if you turned it around and held the side of it up on your neck if you wanted more heat actually on the side of your neck.  I think it is a great product for me.

A: I don’t know what the temperatures are for each level. No information is given for this. I always set my mine for level nine, and that works very well for me.
