## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it make any sense that the tea pot is only of 28 oz capacity, unable to fill 6 cups that require 48 oz?!**
A: Filling 6 cups requires 36oz, you need another pot to fill 6 cups.

**Q: Can you microwave this?**
A: No, gold trim is not microwaveable.

**Q: Hi, i looked up and found that if it is not microwave safe, it means it will release toxic chemicals into hot water. Have your products been tested ?**
A: It's due to the 14k gold trims. If you put it in the microwave it can become extremely hot and can cause sparks. This is the main reason why you don't put aluminum foil in the microwave.

**Q: Are there individual replacements available should an item break?**
A: From other sellers yes.
