Review: Good kits, pretty and well organized - The base fabric is good: thick, opaque, and not so finely woven that it is difficult to get the needle through it. There is enough floss to finish the projects. My objective with this kit is to just do some more embroidery to get used to the process. I like the 8-inch (approximate) size. I don't care that there are only 2 hoops, because I don't plan to use them to display the finished work. The designs are reasonably good in aesthetic terms. I switched out several colors with some floss I already have (brown flowers seemed slightly strange). The instructions are perfectly clear. The price is great. All in all, quite a good product.
Review: Fun hobby - The thread is clearly labeled and sorted, cut to manageable lengths. The patterns are interesting and easy to complete. Directions are easy to follow. The one problem I have is thread tangling.
