However, I have to say We are all really thrilled with this bunk bed with trundle. My daughter bought a similar set up from another company and this one knocks spots off it. The trundle allows for a full 20 cm mattress which makes it as comfortable as the other bunks. The ladder steps have been rounded so no sharp corners for little feet. The only addition we will add is some thin gliders under the trundle to make it easier to slide in and out. Best of all, it’s made in the U.K.! So banish any reservations about the comfort of the mattresses supplied, all three are as comfortable as each other.
