I've been driving for >50 years and have never had a battery last less than 7 years. If it doesn't fail in the first few months it's highly unlikely to fail until it's over 5 years old. Just my opinion. They don’t cover the battery unless it’s supplied and fitted by them. The warranty is supplied by the seller and when I asked Amazon they told me 2 years. Other sellers on Amazon will have different warranty periods so best to msg sellers and ask.
