i bought the SINWE Podcast Microphone Bundle, BM-800 Condenser Mic with Live Sound Card Kit last week. The product arrived on time, setup was a breeze and within 2 hours i was able to hook up the condenser Mic, set the echo and monitor, connect a phone to BT on the mixer, and connect my laptop to it and was able to live stream an audio recording of a Karaoke song to a Youtube channel. The sound quality was great, and i could hear my voice with crystal clarity without any noise, that enabled me to adjust my pitch and beat to the song quite well. Great product overall for an unbeatable price.

This was a gift past the return date, so couldn't get any support from Amazon. The seller contacting me directly, past the return date, did their best to help me connect the mic and sound board to my laptop, but the mic just wasn't being recognized and the product wasn't being setup by Win 11, which might have been the whole the issue.It looks nice and presentable, I was excited to try the sound board.Hope yours worked, I encourage you to still purchase one, it just didn't connect to my setup, which is a Lenova brand laptop, which might be another reason it didn't connect.Seller was very reasonable and understanding, and provided me with a refund for my issues.
