Review: It works and I have great hearing and I don’t think it makes a lot of noise. - I love this exhaust fan. I cooked steaks on my induction, stove, top and a cast-iron pan. This fan sucks up all the smoke for me cooking on high heat. I highly recommend it to anybody that doesn’t have an exhaust fan above their stove.

I have used this for hot pot Korean bbq shabu shabu fried rice, it works very well. The smell after cooking disappears about a hour or two after I open windows as before we were not able to do it cuz of the smoke and steam. I didn’t even want to try. Very easy to turn on and plug in. Noise level is loud but you can still talk to the person next to you and across from you. Love the cool down mode as well. Fantastic product.

The hood was powerful but very loud. The black filter screen was melting the very first time I sued it and smelled horribly even I kept the hood away from the stove. Would not recommend.
