I recently built out a home server (Windows Server 2022) and wanted to have things segregated a bit on the network, as well as on the server. So, when I saw this card, I picked it up. Installing the card was simple. I had a spare x4 PCIE slot on the motherboard, and that's what this card uses, so that's where it went. When the server was installed, it recognized and loaded the proper drivers for the card - which meant I didn't have to load anything extra to make this NIC function. With the NIC on the motherboard and this card, I had 3 ports to use for prioritizing traffic and setting services. I've had no problems with the card so far.
