If you choose the device with standard 2mm pigtail tens unit pads, they will be compatible with your units. Ended up using our dual machine with 2 of these large pads and 2 small square ones and it did the job perfectly. Stopped on hubbies knee well. Stickiness is good. A little water on the finger can revive these pads before needing to throw them away to fit new ones. These pads are a really good price. Also bought a pack of the small square ones for future use. The ones that came with the machine are equally ok, but their replacements appeared to be more expensive. Don't think it is worth paying that extra as in the longer term all pads will loose their stickiness, so focused on what was best value for money and still of an excellent quality. No skin irritation is experienced and pads are stuck on knee for an hour at a time ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great replacement - old ones wore out *by on Reviewed in Canada 11 July 2026* My old TENS pads lost their stickiness after a while so I grabbed these as a replacement and they’ve been great—way better adhesion right out of the gate, staying put through a full session without peeling up at the edges or needing constant repositioning like my old ones did toward the end. Getting 10 pads in the pack is a nice amount to have on hand, so I’m not stressing about replacing them again anytime soon. They work just as well as the originals for actual electrotherapy too, no drop-off in effectiveness or weird tingling inconsistency. Easy to apply and remove without irritating my skin either.
