Check with the manufacturer what adhesives will work with the plastic casing. I think the shock from impact will break the adhesive from the concrete and the plastic. **Q: Is this suitable for protecting my 33’ full keel sailboat?** A: I don’t think so. I am very disappointed in it and it is already crushed **Q: How far is the center of the mounting holes from the top?** A: The center mounting hole is approximately 3 inches from top or bottom!
