Thick 2" beads add resistance for a more robust workout, and the long handles with grip tape make it easy to hold when you sweat and fatigue. The weight of this heavy beaded jump rope slows it down, improving feedback and enabling a more consistent rhythm. Who Should Use This Rope? We recommend this rope for adults looking for a little more resistance for their jump rope workouts. Most beaded jump ropes are made for kids with light beads & handles. This jump rope features unique "heavy" beads that create more resistance for a better jump rope workout. This rope can be used by beginners and pros. It's not recommended for speed jumping, but the long handles are good for freestyle movements like crosses. EXERCISE JUMP ROPE: This beaded jump rope can be used by beginners and advanced jumpers as a skipping rope for exercise. Popular as a boxing jump rope because the long handles enable freestyle training. SIZING : Adult size workout jump rope comes at a 10ft length. Easily be shortened to any desired length to fit all athletes. To make shorter unthread from handle end and remove beads as necessary. ## Features - Are You Looking for a Premium Weighted Jump Rope for Fitness? So I would say yes. But keep in mind that they are plastic beads so they will be prone to scuffs and wear from use on concrete/ pavement etc. I've been really pleased with my purchase. **Q: Kids, age 8, ok for use?** A: yes this is perfect **Q: How do I adjust the length? The plastic beads keep me from being able to push the rope out the end of the handle. Is there a trick to it?** A: Yes! Hold one end of the rope and shake out the other end. That will create enough slack in the rope to move the rope out of the end of the handle to remove some beads to make it shorter. Hope this helps! **Q: How much does this rope weigh?** A: 190 grams, but will be lighter when u size and remove beads ## Frequently Bought Together - Elite Jumps Beaded Jump Rope Adult For Fitness - Beaded Heavy Skipping Rope for Exercise - Unbreakable Long Handles and Shatterproof Beads - Designed for Beginners or Pros - Heavy Beaded Exercise Jump Rope - Elite Jumps - Do Hard Things 1” Beaded Jump Ropes - Strong & Durable Materials - Resize & Adjust - Fitness & Cardio Training - Improve Rhythm, Speed, Agility - EliteSRS Jumps Premium Jump Rope Mat - Large Format Non Slip Mat - Home Workout Exercise Mat - Suitable for All Surfaces --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/557536659-elite-jumps-heavy-beaded-weighted-jump-rope-6-5-oz](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/557536659-elite-jumps-heavy-beaded-weighted-jump-rope-6-5-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
