Review: Very high quality knife - My elderly father, age 92, loves rare steak. I take him and my mother out once a week to a restaurant to eat lunch. Dad was constantly complaining that he can’t cut the steaks with the dull restaurant knives. I tried cutting his steak and I couldn’t either, because the knives are actually dangerously dull! So I went on a search to find a knife that we could take with us, and this fit the bill. It’s very sharp, cuts right through any steak with no problem. It folds and has its own cloth carrying case which makes it convenient for me to store in my purse for the next time. I like the fact that the grip on it is large enough that it’s easy for my father to hold with his big hands. I would highly recommend this knife if you like to order steak when eating out.

I think you don’t feel the blade as much. It’s there but you some times forget the blade location. Be careful. Beautiful usable cutter and slicer. Not just plant life. Totally confident to use as a self defense companion if your trained in slice and dice. In the day you couldn’t get a folding knife as perfect in ever way. Love it. Ordered the clever jade handled one for add flexibility. My standard edc is cold steel EX Espada 5.5 I think from now on I prefer slice and move to plunge and stab. Ha Ha
