I have made sure to never go without since. Within 4 weeks all the sun damage on my face was gone. It took my husband longer as he is Irish descent and almost bald. His scalp was full of red spots and very baldly sun damaged, now it is smooth and healthy. Recently we went boating with our 7 year old grandson and despite applications of sunscreen cream he got a sunburn. His shoulders and arms were painful and he could hardly move.
