I love this for whenever I'm on my death bed when cramps get horrible. Pain? Gone. The size is perfect to bring anywhere, easy to hide when out in public (one of the lights kind of makes it a little obvious). I always forget to charge it, but whenever I need it, it lasts a lot!

The temperature doesn’t get too hot. Does not take long to charge maybe 15 minutes max. The fabric is soft so it’s not itchy. It helps back pain and cramping. The vibration will literally send you to sleep.

A bit large, but works well and the massage is great. it is loud though, so can't use it in public. It dies after several house of use, so it has to be recharged daily

Im a dude so idk how well these things rlly work, but the women I’ve got these for (13yr sister, 19yr gf) say that it’s very helpful to them and that it’s a great product. While they don’t mention the vibration feature, they say it get really hot and lasts for a long time, and my sister wears it to school bc nobody can see it cuz of how flush it is. Altho, make sure the color of your shirt is on the darker side, or is thick

Bought and used this while pregnant and it was a game changer! I would wear this at work and it helped my back pain tremendously! It has three heat settings and 3 vibration settings. It works well and is seemly quiet.
