Kind Regards, Tradewinds Oriental Shop **Q: how much curry sauce does it make?** A: It's a bit trial and error to start with. I use 3 tablespoons of paste and 400ml boiling water. Stir until well dissolved. It is a tasty sauce especially if added to home made curries or as a dip for chips. **Q: Which ones are gluten free** A: The Madras, Chinese curry sauce and Hot and Spicy curry sauce all have wheat highlighted on the list of ingredients. Not sure if there are other gluten free options in the range as these are the only ones I've tried. The Chinese and Hot and Spicy are lovely but I wasn't too impressed by the Madras one. Tasted ok but definitely not Indian flavours.
