Review: This is THE best cat litter ever - This is THE best cat litter ever, bar none! I have owned male cats for over 20 years and had never had an issue with a cat peeing indoors until my female cat had kittens and we decided to keep the male one. He was a NIGHTMARE and kept peeing repeatedly in 2 areas, he was literally going there every day and I tried everything on the market to clean the area, then I read an article about changing the cat litter. Again, I tried every brand I coud find and it made no difference at all....I really was at the end of my tether until I saw a you tube video from someone with the same problem recommending Dr Elsey's. OK it is more expensive than your average bag of litter but I was prepared to try anything so I bought a bag, that was 2 weeks ago and the kitten hasn't peed indoors since we changed! I used the whole bag in one go so it was nice and deep and scoop out the 'balls' of urine twice a day as recommended. We have not needed to add or change the litter at all yet - there is no smell, no dust and virtually no mess, it's FANTASTIC. I cannot believe how good this stuff is and would recommend it to anyone. The only very minor drawback is that the cat's can track it a bit, I solved this by laying a small towel in front of the tray to catch any bits stuck in their feet as they exit the tray.

**Q: Is this litter fine grain, have used baby powder fine grain for a couple of years but now no longer available**
A: It's a fine(-ish) grit. Nowhere near baby powder, but not nearly as big as many other litter. Clumps brilliantly though.

**Q: £100+ on cat litter? Is it really worth it ? Does it really not track and capture all smell, because at that price it must tick all boxes!**
A: Hi Zubin, I paid £14.50 for the product itself and the rest was for delivery to the uk, make sure you get the 40lb bag, and fill the tray to a good depth. Watch out if you buy 2 bags together as it may incur extra import duties you just have to go thru the different sellers to get the right deal for you at that time as prices change.If your starting out it may be best to have 2 bags as you will want to fill a tray initially, a good layer an inch maybe inch and half, as if it hits the bottom or side it will go like concrete, as it really does clump well, and it doesn't smell, and there's no dust..they've recently rebranded and changed the bag to ultra it was called precious, I'm sure they've changed the recipe slightly, but it's still Fantastic stuff.

**Q: This is 8.16kg but how many litres is it?**
A: I cannot answer this question for you as I haven’t ordered any since 2016 and I used to order the bigger bags, if you live in the uk like I do the prices got crazy.. I used to think this was the best cat litter I had tried for many reasons but I now use (golden grey odour ) it’s equally good if not better no tracking no dust, fill the tray to thick depth and just take out what’s used, look for it online you will see it listed at a few places I get mine at zp. It’s very well priced and quick delivery.14.99 for 14kg.

This is THE best cat litter ever, bar none! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Litter is a MIRACLE Worker!!!

For the past two years since I brought my female kitten home, she has refused to use her litter box. I originally thought it might be the litter so tried just about everything you can possibly try. I took her to the vet who was convinced it must be an aversion to her litter tray due to her constant diarrhea however after solving her tummy troubles -she still kept on defecating outside of her litter box (sometimes in the lounge much to my horror). I even enlisted the help of a cat-psychologist who suggested I use seven(!) litter trays to ensure there was no where left for her to go on the bathroom floor. I honestly was at my wits end as she's such a lovely cat but picking up poop isn't fun for anyone. I decided there must be some sort of product to help lure her into her tray and that's when I finally found Dr Elsey's attracting litter. I immediately ordered some and within hours of putting it out, my cat finally used her litter tray!! A miracle worker is what I call this stuff. I can't recommend it enough. My other male cat has even decided to bin his trays (filled with Catsan Natural Clumping) and started using Dr Elsey's. Unlike some, I haven't found it dusty at all. The tracking is much better than anything else I've used (my cats are long-haired) and it clumps so well! I haven't had any issues with it sticking at all as I use a very sturdy pooper scooper (BasicForm Metal Cat Litter Scoop, also from Amazon) which is very durable. Honestly, even if it did create a mess, the fact is my cat actually uses it so I don't care how troublesome it might have been, but I actually smile now when I go to clean the trays as it's so easy! It's been over a week now and I'm over the moon. Who knew such a small thing could radically change my world?! For anyone with a cat who avoids their litter box - this product is definitely worth the money, just get it already!
