This plug is manufactured by the leader in generator controls and equipment. It works very well and is very easy to install. This is a high quality product. You do need to know a little bit about electrical wiring to properly wire this plug. If you don't know or never have performed any electrical service work, do yourself a favor and hire a professional electrician. All you will do is screw up this device, cause an electrical short or worse. This is a professional product and it does come with only basic instructions. It must be installed onto the properly sized electrical 4-wire cable. In addition, it is about half the cost of what you will find in your local hardware store. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slightly modified for a different use and works perfectly! *by A***V on August 19, 2019* I actually used this to modify a transfer switch in order for it to have an outlet (L14-30R) instead of its original inlet (L14-30P). This was almost a drop in solution. I just had to ditch the rear casing and shave off some standoffs on the rear of the assembly (see circled red in attached photo) and it was good to go. Works perfectly! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect fit for same brand inlet box. *by G***. on March 31, 2023* I love Reliance products. You can see the quality. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/5556259-reliance-controlsl1430c-30-amp-l14-30-female-connector-for-generator](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/5556259-reliance-controlsl1430c-30-amp-l14-30-female-connector-for-generator) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
