Review: Heater stopped working after 5 days (UPDATE) - UPDATE: We have learned a lot more about this Hot Tub and thankfully are now on the right track! The company was very responsive. We have replaced the filters and are doing so monthly. We unscrew and clean the filters every other use (just spray with the garden hose) and we rinse off before getting in the tub. It has worked like a charm, it just takes a little extra effort. We love the tub!! We're sadly disappointed. We got the tub, set it up and used it everyday for about 5 days. Loved it! Very comfortable and perfect for our tired bodies. Yesterday the heater stopped working! I have written to the company since there is a 1 Year Warranty that comes with the tub. I've asked them to please send a replacement heater or a replacement tub. I am hoping that they will honor their written One Warranty. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

Total junk and the seller will not honor its warranty or even respond to any emails. desertcart won't help with it either so purchase at your own ignorance if my review isn't reason enough to keep anyone from wasting money here

**Q: What is the water gallon capacity? What is the weight of the hottub empty?**
A: 114 gallons

**Q: Does it have Power plug information , what voltage?**
A: It plugs into a regular 110 outlet. However, our electric bill went sky high. After three months it had so many holes in it. We stopped to trying to patch it so it went into the trash. Hopefully ours was just unusual problem, but while my husband used it, he absolutely loved it!

This is the perfect size! I’m impressed with how it holds the water temperature!! It’s comfortable, the table is perfect for my phone and drink. Easy to get in and out of. Very durable. This was well worth the money I spent on it.
