The audio is phenomenal, it's feels like actual surround sound. It has a lot of modes too, like "RPG", "FPS" Cinema", "Voice" and many more. It's comfortable, I thought I would need some time to adjust to something on my neck, but surprisingly it is very light and fits well on my neck. The only gripe I have about the Soundslayer is probably the microphone quality. Apparently according to my friends' feedback, it sounds like I'm really far away and muffled. Therefore, I suggest getting an external/additional microphone to use instead. For FF14 players out there wondering about this purchase, yes the sound quality is great even when playing the game. Personally I use the "RPG" mode, and even use it while raiding both savage and ultimate content. The surround sound is so good that I can actually pinpoint exactly where the boss mechanics are happening way better than my headphones. I also love that when you change the "mode", it plays out the job change sound as well.Overall, I'm quite pleasantly surprised, quite happy with my purchase, although the bad microphone quality is slightly a bummer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Turned cat invisible (bottom one in pic) *by M*** on Reviewed in the United States on 29 December 2023* Honestly the product works great (only haven’t tried mic feature). My only qualm with the headphones is when I put it on my cat (right where the arms meet the neck) for fun my cat vanished! It was like when Harry Potter puts on the cloak except I could see the headphones still. Obviously I got my phone camera out to take a video but when I took the headphones off my cat it was still invisible. I’m not sure if this is a natural phenomenon or my cat was cursed or something because I repeated the headphone thing (after at least 30 min of contemplation) with my dog and other cat with no results. My invisible cat (since renamed Casper) still eats, my other pets notice her, and I can tell she’s laying in her usual spots because the indent she makes so I’m not really that bothered by this whole ordeal (just have to be careful not to leave her outside). But yeah the headphones work great and as advertised. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/554360914-panasonic-soundslayer-final-fantasy-xiv-online-edition-wearable-gaming-speaker](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/554360914-panasonic-soundslayer-final-fantasy-xiv-online-edition-wearable-gaming-speaker) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
