On a technical note, there are no instructions to speak of, but since all the cabling is clearly six/eight pin, it can only go into certain connectors. And it certainly looks the part. I advise against buying the XFX Pro 850W since I had two fail in two years due to a faulty +5V standby circuit which I think is probably a design fault. I'm now using an EVGA 850W PSU which has a 10 year warranty.
