Most comfortable pajama pants I own I am a woman, 5'6" and about 130 lbs, and I purchased the XL because I wanted these loose and comfortable. Great lounge pants for around the house & out in your yard. The size I got for my husband was too big but the drawstrings work well to cinch them up. Material is thin not heavy, hold up well so far in the wash, nice pockets, loose & comfortable fit.
