Pete’s tastes exactly like regular pasta. The texture is slightly more chewy, but barely even noticeable. I boiled the pasta for about 18 minutes (instructions say 11-20 minutes), and it was perfectly al dente. It is so hard to find a good low carb pasta alternative, and this definitely hits the spot! Really love the amount of protein in this pasta as well. It initially seems like the serving size will be small by looking at the bag, but the pasta soaks up a lot of water, and because of the extra protein, it is extremely filling!! At 27 g of fiber per serving (I’m assuming it’s insoluble fiber), this also aids with bowel movements, so really a win win all around.
