The first headset I received had an issue, which it still worked and sounded great. However, I requested a replacement and had no issues. It was hassle free and got a replacement a few days after reaching out to the supplier. I've never had such a quick response from a supplier to be honest. In regards to the replacement headset, it works great. Typically I wait until a week of use but these are impressive. I had them running 24 hrs straight and: 1. The battery is barely hitting 90%, which these were at full blast the whole time. 2. Every type of song, podcast, and video sounded amazing. Voices are clear and has good bass for a headset. 3. Noise canceling works good. I had no issues listening to music in peace. Overall, great product at a great price.

My daughter has ASD and needed a pair of noise canceling head phones. She says these fit perfect around her ears and are way more comfortable than the more expensive pair we had tried. Originally she had the small complaint that there was a white noise static sound when using only the noise canceling function, but not playing something through them, but within a day she said the sound was comforting.
