**Q: how it delivered without spoiled while shipping ?**
A: I ordered this product and it was shipped in a regular box with one cold pack, like the kind you put in a lunch box.  The cheese wasn’t usable when it arrived as shipping took several days.  I wasn’t able to get a refund either.

**Q: Does this ship in styrofoam?**
A: My wheel was packed in Styrofoam with a number of small ice packs.

**Q: What are the diameter and height of the wheel?**
A: About 4 inches

**Q: Is this live culture?**
A: The blue cheese is very tasty.  I definitely recommend it

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Genuine and delicious - but very poor temperature control for shipping

It has become difficult to find blocks of blue cheese (stores only seem to be selling crumbles), so even though this purchase was 6lbs, I bought it and will be sharing it with friends. This is the real thing - genuine imported Danish blue: smooth, melt-in-the-mouth creamy, and deliciously salty. However........ it was reported shipped from NY on a Friday, was delivered the following Monday, and was testing on three small freezer gel packs. The gel was completely melted and the cheese was room temperature, The seller/shipper absolutely needs to provide much better cold storage during transit: styrofoam container, dry ice etc.
