So I decided to purchase this DVD and boy am I glad I did! I gave myself a starting goal of 3 miles four days a week.I absolutely LOVE this DVD! I've been doing it now for the past 2months. I do 3 miles four days a week and am amazed how even those short miles add up by the end of the week/month!Going into my 3rd week, I really listened to Leslie when she said this is my walk DVD and I can make it what I want. As long as I keep my feet moving to the pace of the music. Hence, if I want to walk all the way through for my 3 miles, I can, or if I want to do knee lifts when she's on kicks, or do side steps while she's on knee lifts or kick backs, I can do any of the four basic moves I want and in any order I choose and I must say, this makes my workouts so much more fun and doable (not that it wasn't fun before). But there are days when I didn't want to do what she was doing or my knee was aching a little more that day than the day prior. So I choose to make my walk DVD what I want it to be and before I know it I've completed my 3 miles for the day (I'll soon work up to the total 4 miles one day...lol). I'm drenched by the time I've completed my walk. Since going into my 2nd month, I've incorporated light hand weights and again I do whatever exercises I choose but make sure to keep to the beat of the music and I do lots of arm exercises throughout my workout.Anyone on the fence about purchasing this walk DVD...BUY IT! This is by far the best workout DVD I've purchased (and I've purchased a lot...lol) I've tried hot yoga & pilates but realized (though both practices are great) the bends here and there caused my left knee to ache and regular walking (in the park or on a track) also brought discomfort to my left knee. But this walk DVD allows me to get the exercise I need, feel good about being able to do my favorite type of exercise...WALK...instead of making excuses and sitting on the couch and wishing the pounds away.I do not write a lot of reviews but had to do a review for this DVD. Hopefully my review helps anyone suffering from joint pain (osteoarthritis) but still desires to remain physically active and taking baby steps to get back and/or improve their quality of life! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My favorite WATP's DVD with results HIIT *by G***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 16, 2017* I have many of Leslie videos. This one is probably for the intermediate level walker. This one is my favorite. I've used the program for 3 weeks I lost 14 pounds and many inches. Some reviewers complained about the camera man and cueing. For me it wasn't a big deal. If you've been walking with Leslie for a long time we should all know that some of her DVD's aren't always clear, or best quality, and we should all know that her cueing is off from time to time. If you've walked with Leslie for a while cueing doesn't matter because you know the order of her moves it's always back to the basics. People complain of her walkers, indicating she have new younger leaner walkers. So what.....changing up things from time to time isn't bad. If you've walked with her for a while you know that she have a variety of walkers all sizes. Stop focusing on the petty things and look for the results that's the whole purpose of the workout. New walkers might feel things are off a little, but after walking for a week; it shouldn't be a big deal it's basic.Update:I lost 45 pounds and many inches in 4 months. I also changed my eating habits. ### ⭐ false advertising of dvd *by S***W on Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2018* The dvd did not include any of the three workout options which are advertised : "4 mile power walk", "2 mile classic walk" and "2 mile power express". The single workout that was on the DVD that I received is a standard 2 mile power walk, regardless of which workout selected from the menu. After completing 1 mile, Leslie says "It feels good to be at mile 4!". I assume that part of two workouts were meshed together to create this particular dvd which only consists of a 2 mile power walk.
