Review: Great for openning up more varieties to your machine. - These are great. I use coffee meant for a moka pot and not espresso, which is the grind size they recommend. A spoon is provided, just place the thin filter at the bottom, then one heaped spoon of your ground coffee. Tap the capsule on the table to level out the grinds, then use the back of the spoon to tamper the coffee. I find if you hold the spoon at the far tip of the handle, it should flex before you add too much pressure, compacting the grinds too much. The grinds should be flat and even.

These are great. I use coffee meant for a moka pot and not espresso, which is the grind size they recommend.
