If you're skeptical of it's value, maybe just a one time buy. The lightness and texture of this rice is absolutely perfect. I've never had such great quality rice in my life. I wouldn't even donate it to the local food bank.UPDATE & WARNING: I've ordered this rice twice now (November 2014), and received Shirakiku both times instead.
