Sorry guys. If this thing works for anybody, it would work for most low cappers. **Q: Does it come with a dvd?** A: No, it does not come with a DVD, but you do not need one. Just look for Impact Snap videos on YouTube. All the instruction you need is there. The objective is to get the weight to "click" at the bottom of the downswing. This is a fantastic training aide. After a few minutes with this device i was finally able to feel the proper hand positions at impact. I was somebody who flipped/scooped the clubface through impact and as a result i hit really high and weak shots. Not good for someone who lives in the windy desert climate of Las Vegas. I still struggle with the occasional scoop/flip but this device has reduced that issue significantly. I always take the reviews and plugs with a grain of salt. But after doing additional research on the Impact Snap, I made the move to buy it. I’m only one week into using it, but my first 18 hole outing after using it, it was the best I’ve hit in a long time. I truly appreciate the simplicity and ease of use of the product. As one of the creators said on the video, it’s a true “pass/fail” device. If you’re trying to cheat the device, you’re only doing yourself a disservice. I’m not familiar with the terminology of the types of wrist motions, but I know what feels good. When the motion is done properly, your hands and wrists will be in a particular position and the golf ball on the metal rod touching your trail forearm is the proof if you did the drill properly. Though my ball striking wasn’t perfect, it was the best contact I’ve made in almost a year. I plan on using this device while I work from home and continue working on the motion until it becomes second nature.
