The placement of the bolts made it hard to put them in. Otherwise it works well. We used it for a 70" which the very top of its range. Makes it cumbersome and kinda scary to move it. If you have a 70", I'd recommend going a size up for a wall mount. More expensive but it might give you a little more peace of mind. ### ⭐ This item is not as described! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2016* The description for this item is wrong. It is supposes to extend either 18.5" or 25"(both dimensions are shown in the description) away from the mounting surface. In actuality, it extends approximately 16". The description also states that it will tilt up to -20 degrees. On the box it clearly states +15*/-15*, The mount itself looks OK, but it will not work for my application. ### ⭐⭐ Us this mount for light weight TV only. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2019* I needed a "vertical" mounting surface to bolt into a single stud near a window. Mounting was straight forward. The issue is with the load put on the mount. The mount is rated at about 70 pounds, I mounted a 40 pound TV. When extended the TV "sagged" off the level and the tilt screws would not hold the TV in true vertical. When used with a lighter weight TV everything was fine.
