It is NOT. vIn water alone it does not dissolve completely, leaving a very grainy, sandy drink...ugh! The "unflavored" is really terrible in water, so I've added a Cranberry/Mango juice drink to it and it is palatable. So instead of throwing away $30 some dollars, I'm mixing it with juice. However, I cannot recommend this product and will not be buying it again.
