Once installed it will update itself to version 2.5(or higher versions in the future). Both my laptop and desktop boot faster with OneCare as oposed to Norton Antivirus, and have not had a virus infect either system yet. The other features of this product are programs that are already part of windows XP(firewall, backup). The online updates occur in the background and do not require much CPU usage. The scan times seem on par with Norton. Easy to install, and remove if necessary. You can get the free 90 day trial on the Microsoft website first before you buy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great so far!
