Let’s say very floppy not a good look without the structure to fill out the elephant trunk. Sorry for the blatant honesty, but this might save you some embarrassment and cost otherwise it’s a great addition to your sexy wardrobe. ## Frequently Bought Together - Men's Sexy Elephant Trunk Translucent Briefs Ice Silk U Bulge Naughty Underwear - AIVibrat Mens Elephant Trunk Underwear Sexy Ice Silk Solid Color Separate Pouch Boxer Briefs - AIVibrat Mens Elephant Nose Underwear Sexy Hollow Out Thong Naughty Ice Silk Briefs --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/548795857-mens-sexy-elephant-trunk-translucent-briefs-ice-silk-u-bulge](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/548795857-mens-sexy-elephant-trunk-translucent-briefs-ice-silk-u-bulge) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
