Shrimp Dinner is a well-balanced daily main food for your ornamental shrimp containing all the important nutrients.

Review: I have what has been described as the world's largest nano tank. It's a 125 gallon tank but stocked with species that are typically used in much smaller tanks. I started with 30-40 blue dream and blue velvet shrimp, some kubotai rasporas and a carpet of pearlweed. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I now have hundreds - maybe over 1,000 shrimp in this tank and they're absolutely MAD for these pellets. Within minutes of putting them in the tank, they're covered with shrimp. High quality, good packaging, great stuff.

**Q: Can I use for my salt water shrimp**
A: I don't have salt water shrimp, but I would assume it's okay since it's made for shrimp. Buy a small pack and find out. Or maybe others have an answer. What I can tell you is, there are carnivores, therefore uncooked salmon would do. Leave the skin on, cut into half gram. Remove if they don't touch it after a while.

My caridina shrimp like this food well enough, but I have a very small tank and the pads are too big for my needs. I wish I'd gotten a smaller form factor but it wasn't available at the time that I ordered. So I try to break apart the pads into tiny pieces for my shrimp -- but they're TOUGH! Sometimes I have to put them in a bag and bash them with a meat tenderizer to get smaller bits. The pads sink immediately, and they really do hold together well -- they don't make much of a mess at all. But I think my shrimp can't eat them very quickly because they're so dense. The shrimp don't exactly run to eat this stuff, but they'll stop by and pick at it if it's in their vicinity.
