The foam does wear away easy especially if you need to use them when multitasking on a job in between using the power tools. I recommend them but you should know that you can get other similar brands for half the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by M***T on 23 April 2018* excellent/stops vibrations ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective but very stiff *by U***Y on 27 January 2015* The gloves work in absorbing vibration but are quite clunky. The plastic palms are quite rigid especially in cold weather so you can only use them for jobs that don't involve fine work. I found them just about OK using a petrol brushcutter, and didn't suffer any of the usual symptoms afterwards.I think the comments in previous reviews about buying bigger sizes are misleading. Because the palms are so stiff I think people interpret this as being too small. I bought my normal size and they were fine - the back parts of the glove is very flexible and stretchy.
