Review: Sturdy and easy to assemble - Instructions on assembly were clear and included several pictures. This was easily assembled by hand with a ratchet set. One of the cross rails was hard to get the bolts into, but this is noted by the manufacturer as offering more rigidity to the assembled rack. Welds are clean. No sharp edges. Once assembled, it was very sturdy. Note there is 1 pair of locking and 1 pair of non-locking wheels, so consider how you want those oriented when assembling.
