Review: free water pumped with free electricity is awesome! - I've been running this pump around 3 days per week for about 90 minutes. I power it with my jackery portable battery and it's a champ. I drilled a bunch of holes in the lid of a bucket, placed the pump in the bucket and then dropped the bucket into the river. I have just left the pump in the bucket in the river and it's performed flawlessly. im lifting the water from between 6 and 15 feet and pumping through 200 feet of garden hose. I planned to attach solar panels to the pump but after trying it out with the jackery I don't think I will change anything up. I have never used more than 15% of a full charge to do all of my irrigation. If the water runs out, it will get hot and shut itself off, but that would not be a recommended condition. If you are pumping until dry, look to add a flow sensing or float switch. **Q: Will it build pressure, can you use with a pressure switch** A: It does build pressure, I don't know how much though. **Q: ¿Que significa tamaño zinc plateado?** A: Si **Q: How many amps does this draw?
