For this application, medium fits me the best, and large will still work properly (even if they stretch my nostrils out). Extra large is *very* difficult to fit into my nostrils and are incredibly uncomfortable. They also fold the filter significantly. Will update the review if I notice they don't do their job at blocking fiberglass (my throat gets itchy) extra small and small seem like they're exclusively for kids and I do

**Q: can you wear them if you have a septum piercing?**
A: I wouldn’t they don’t fit properly as it is they didn’t work and my husband still had black stuff in his nose and he doesn’t have a piercing.

### ⭐⭐⭐ They work but need half sizes

They do work, but I wish they had half sizes. Medium is just a touch too small, so they kinda slip out if I'm breathing kinda hard. The large stay in my nose and don't restrict my breathing as much, but are uncomfortable as they stretch my nostrils out. The mediums make me feel like I have a stuffed nose and I end up mouth breathing more.
