I tend to do the bright white for my unboxing videos or anything I shoot on my desk, and then I use the white/yellow lights for any shots of me to help make me look a bit more natural in the video.Lastly, I love that these include not only the stand for the lights, but also includes a nice little tilting adjuster as well to sit between the light/stand to help you angle the light how you need it.
