**Q: Is this product safe for wool rugs/carpets?**
A: It's supposed to be. BUT I would try it on a small inconspicuous area to be sure. I have antique Karistan wool rugs and have been tempted to try it but haven't done so. Sorry

**Q: Can i dilute this with water?**
A: If u want but I wouldn't

**Q: Can you use this on mattress?**
A: Yes you can. And it works very well

**Q: Does it bleach your carpet?**
A: It doesn't bleach my carpet, but you have to steam clean carpet after applying.

I bought this because of a review I read saying it removed bile stains from cat vomit, which is notoriously difficult to clean up. I can confirm this is 100% true, and has saved my brand new couch from disaster already. Make sure you wait the 5 minutes to let the enzymes work, then use a damp towel to clean the area and dry with a fresh towel. The scent is a little strong at first, but I can deal with that since it thoroughly removes all the evidence of cat barf. Has worked well on upholstery and rugs so far, highly recommend if you have pets at home.
