This spatula is excellent and isn’t necessarily just for fish, although deffo works well for fish as it’s thin and sharp enough to easily get into the fish and not just scoop it up but also to scrape any fish skin left on the pan (salmon). My only regret is that I opted for the short version thinking it would be long enough, but wish I purchased the longer one. The short one still works fine though. Decent handle, lightweight and excellent quality. Would highly recommend. Mercer seems like a really good brand, also have one of their chefs knives which is really good.
