I unplugged it and took the batteries out. Rebooted my phone. Deleted or unsynched my feeder from the app. Then restarted the connection process. You might not need to delete your feeder from the app because if you do that you have to reschedule everything. I think it didn’t work before when unplugging because it went to backup power.
