To make matters worse, the included attachments (2mm, 3mm, 5mm, and 6mm) are practically useless. They start as a snug fit but quickly become loose after a few uses, to the point where they accidentally fall off mid-trim and ruin your cut. After a completely frustrating experience, He dug out my 10-year-old Philips trimmer, cleaned it with some WD-40, and it still works like a charm. Lesson learned: stick to trusted brands.
