After a few days with no response, I call and talk to Mr Junior and later Miss Maria(floor Supervisor) She said that the warranty only covers the leather portion of this case and cannot do anything about itShe refuses to give me the corporate office info. She told me to email my concern and then she will send to the corporate office. Thanks to Google, I was able to get the info needed.
