Works great but get used to how hard to push open. The pivot shaft is sledged pressed into place, worked loose causing latch to bind. Used a center punch to flair it and back in place it went and stayed. It closes so hard, at first others think your slamming the door cause your mad. This is a great latch design, I bought another for another door.
