One way it is .2" but the other way it is .25. They CAN be used on a .1 in. grid, but only by bending the pins. See photos. You might be able to push them into a breadboard block but the pins really are not made for that. The pins are not round. The thickness is OK but they are .04" wide. I don't know any kind of perf or pcb with a pin spacing that isn't a square grid. Otherwise the product is good.
