However If you have a broadband connection, you can then make use of the fantastic multi player option over the net. NOT HAPPY! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best FPS out *by C***B on 3 January 2004* So you've completed the Medal of Honour series and you're a Battlefield 1942 veteran. Well, this is the next step after MoH and it really is a step up. The most obvious improvement is the brilliant graphics, whether the Russian winter snows, the ruins of Berlin (the final battle scene on the steps of the Reichstag is eerily realistic) or the Normandy countryside. Even the other characters are really nicely rendered. The weaponry is varied (you will probably find that, as in real life, the German weapons are rather more accurate and more sought after than their American equivalents) and the missions cleverly constructed - although the tank drive is not terribly well simulated, it is fun after creeping through the sewers of Stalingrad. The big set piece battles are a visual feast - from the river crossing from Enemy at the Gates to some lovely scenes from Longest Day and especially Band of Brothers. At times you wish people would stop shooting at you so you can really look round properly! This really is the best WW2 FPS shooter - after finishing it I promptly started again.
