Free delivery and returns on all eligible orders. Review: Great product! - My go-to tape for Crossfit and barbell work. Protects my thumbs well, with easy application and simple to tear. Great value for a good quality product. Review: Strong/Sticky and long lasting hold - Excellent tape. Very comfortable. Very easy to wrap & tear. Don’t be tempted to use a scissors for this tape. The sticky residue builds up on the blade over time and it’s a pain. I was using a scissors as I like to be neat but it really tears very neatly and easily without. I use for Olympic lifting & CrossFit mainly. Also good for extra protection on the pull up bar. I pair with Victory grips and run a strip across my palm pads under the grips. I don’t get any welts or callouses anymore etc with the extra protection. It holds firm and doesn’t slip even with movements like Toes to Bar or kipping movements where the hands rotate vigorously on the bar. I actually think it’s more valuable for CrossFitters. It has 3 colourways. Would be nice to see a couple more. The only real downside is I plough through it. But probably just reflects the volume of my training which is I suppose a positive thing! ## Features - #1 HOOK GRIP PROTECTION – Resilient elastic weightlifting tape designed to protect your thumbs and fingers from cuts, skin tears, joint sprains and blisters. Perfect for Olympic weightlifting, cross training, strongman, powerlifting and any gym fitness activity. - BEND YOUR FINGERS – Stiff, old athletic tape constricts the blood flow and range of motion of your fingers. However, LYFT-RX’s uniquely flexible cotton and spandex material allow you to move your fingers naturally, improving your feel for the bar or barbell. The stretch tape molds to the shape of your fingers for extra comfort, functionality, and a true custom fit. - DON’T LET YOUR GRIP SLIP – Only the highest-grade adhesive is used in our sticky sports tape. It stays on your skin during the most intense and sweatiest workouts, indoors or outdoors, rain or shine! Our grip tape will last you through the toughest wod and Olympic lifting cycles. - A BETTER WAY TO TAPE – No scissors needed. To apply, wrap the tape tightly around your finger and tear it by hand. LYFTRX finger tape is breathable, non-allergenic, latex-free, and leaves no residue. Choose the 1.5-inch x 5 yards (38mm x 4.5m) size in black, green, pink, orange, or army od green. Or the 2-inch x 5 yards (50mm x 4.5m) size in blue or white. Both sizes are available in a 3 pack or 6 pack. - IMPROVE YOUR GRIP, PR YOUR LIFT! – Lifting is your passion, your gear is ours. With that in mind, we’ve created the best thumb tape in the game, copied by competitors but second to none. LYFT-RX is the highest rated and most reviewed weightlifting tape for a reason. I use this tape for protecting my thumbs when deadlifting with a hook grip and it is fantastic. It sticks to your thumbs well and stops the knurling on the bar destroying the skin on your thumbs. I have had no problems with the tape unsticking and found it relatively easy to tear with one thumb taped. It should be noted that you get three rolls per pack which is good value. They even provide a handy guide showing you how to wrap your thumbs properly. The tape is great for beginners and experienced weightlifters. I would highly recommend this product. ## Frequently Bought Together - LYFT-RX Weightlifting Hook Grip Tape w/Premium Adhesive for Olympic Weight Lift, Cross Fitness, Lifting, Stretch Athletic Finger Wrap, Protects Thumb Fingers Hand, Enhances Grip - LYFT-RX Carbon Fiber Hand Grips for Weightlifting, Cross Training, Pullup, Muscle Ups - No Hole Fingerless Grip, Gymnastics Fit, Men/Women Lift Gloves, Protects Palms & Enhances Grip - LYFT-RX Wrist Sweatbands, Slim Fit Design for Weightlifting, Gym, Workout, Cross Training, Weight Lift, Sports, 4.5 inch Sweat Wicking Wrist Bands, Men & Women, 4PACK (2 Pairs/2 Colors) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/542129652-weightlifting-hook-grip-tape-w-premium-adhesive-for-olympic-weight](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/542129652-weightlifting-hook-grip-tape-w-premium-adhesive-for-olympic-weight) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
